OpenLLM-France
A French community building truly open language models: data, weights and code.
OpenLLM-France brings together a community developing open source language models as the OSI defines them: training corpus under an open licence, weights under a non-restrictive open licence, open code for data curation and training. The Lucie-Training repository publishes the code used to train its Lucie model.
And where does AI come in?
The project provides open models and data: corpora and weights on Hugging Face, and on GitHub the tools to collect and clean data, pretrain foundation models, then train and align instruction models.
