Climate Policy Radar builds tools for policymakers, researchers and civil society: a search tool and a knowledge graph of the key concepts of climate policy. Its stated aim is evidence-based decision-making, for better climate policy design and accountability.
And where does AI come in?
Classifiers find the knowledge graph's concepts in texts, one classifier per concept: from simple keyword matching to BERT-sized models, up to optimised calls to third-party large language models.
