Bayes Platform
An open platform for public services to build and govern their own AI agents, without code.
Bayes Platform is used to build AI agents for public services and nonprofits. It extends CaseAI, the copilot for social workers that Bayes Impact launched in 2024, whose features are being rebuilt on it. According to Bayes Impact, it is in service at France Travail and the AP-HP, and being deployed in Togo. The code is under the MIT licence.
And where does AI come in?
Frontline teams create and tune their agents without writing code. These agents run on large language models and draw on the organisation's documents. Every change writes a draft, which is tested before it goes live.
